(SportsNetwork.com) - The Miami Heat have not played good basketball of late, but will try to get back on track Saturday night when they meet their Florida neighbors, the Orlando Magic, at Amway Center. The Heat, the four-time reigning Eastern Conference champions, have dropped four of their last five and run the risk of falling under .500 with a loss on Saturday. The most recent setback came Thursday night when the Heat got slaughtered at home by the Los Angeles Clippers, 110-93. Chris Bosh led the Heat with 28 points in their fourth loss in their third straight home loss. Shabazz Napier dropped in 17 points, while Mario Chalmers and Luol Deng each chipped in with 13 points in the setback. Dwyane Wade missed his fourth straight game due to various injuries and will not play on Saturday. Norris Cole dislocated his left middle finger against the Clippers and played under 10 minutes. He did not return and is doubtful against the Magic. Los Angeles shot a blistering 68 percent (17-of-25) from the floor over the first 12 minutes -- including 62.5 percent (5-for-8) from deep -- and committed just one turnover, taking a 39-15 lead into the second. Not a whole lot to say, said Heat coach Erik Spoelstra. That was a blitz in that first quarter. They played outstanding basketball in that first quarter. Thanks to that first-quarter onslaught, the Heat fell to 24th in the NBA in opponents field-goal percentage. The Magic won for the second time in the last three tries with a 105-100 road victory over the Charlotte Hornets on Friday night, although Orlando truly lived up to its name in the second half. Orlando trailed by 23 points midway through the third quarter and was down 83-65 with under 11 minutes left, then outscored the Hornets 40-17 the rest of the way to send Charlotte to a fourth consecutive defeat. Elfrid Payton had eight points down the stretch and fellow reserves Willie Green and Ben Gordon netted nine each in the final quarter. The Magic also received 21 overall points from Evan Fournier and a 17-point, 16-rebound double-double out of Tobias Harris. A lot of credit (goes) to Ben Gordon, to Elfrid, Tobias, just the whole group that was in there, said Green. We just made a collective effort that we were going to just fight to the end. Orlando, which shot a sizzling 71.4 percent in the fourth quarter, kept on charging, with Payton putting the Magic up 97-95 on a pull-up jumper with 1:30 left. Jefferson responded by making two free throws on the other end, but Green hustled and tipped in a missed foul shot from Payton to send Orlando back ahead with 57.2 seconds to go. The Heat have won nine in a row against the Magic and that includes four straight in Orlando. Miguel Layun Jersey . Cain departed in the fourth inning of a 10-5 loss to the Pirates on Thursday. X-rays on Cains bruised forearm were negative. He was hit when Sanchez led off the fourth with a groundout. Hector Moreno Jersey . A quick first step to get to the hoop for a layup. A rousing dunk on the break off a high outlet pass saved by teammate Ramon Sessions. http://www.soccermexicojerseysteamstore....exico-jersey/.C. -- Gleason Fournier scored the shootout winner as the Grand Rapids Griffins defeated the Abbotsford Heat 4-3 Friday in American Hockey League action. Hirving Lozano Jersey . "Uuufff," was all shortstop Adeiny Hechavarria could come up with after Stantons latest mammoth shot. Jose de Jesus Corona Jersey . As each game passes (each has played close with the exception of last night) it becomes clearer just how evenly matched these two teams are and how one mistake, or one bad inning, is likely to sway the result.(SportsNetwork.com) - After taking over first place in the Central Division, the Nashville Predators will try to make up ground on NHL-leading Anaheim on Sunday night when they visit the Ducks. The Predators won for the sixth time in eight games on Saturday night, but it was not easy as they recorded a 7-6 overtime victory after blowing a big lead. Nashville led 5-1 at one point and was still up by three goals in the latter stages of regulation, but Los Angeles scored three times in the final 2:01 of the period. The Preds escaped with the win when Roman Josi scored just 18 seconds into overtime, taking a pass from Filip Forsberg before skating up the middle and beating the Kings Martin Jones from between the circles. I had a lot of space and lots of time and good thing it went in, Josi stated. I was a little surprised getting that much space in OT. I just walked down the slot and tried to pick the corner. Forsbergs assist on the play gave him 36 points, one shy of matching the clubs single-season record for a rookie that was set by Alexander Radulov in 2006-07. Mike Fisher, Colin Wilson, Ryan Ellis, Mattias Ekholm, Mark Arcobello and Olli Jokinen also lit the lamp for the Predators, who moved a point past the Chicago Blackhawks for the division lead despite scratching forward James Neal and his 13 goals because of a lower-body injury. Nashville has 53 points on the season, second-most in the Western Conference and three back of Anaheim.dddddddddddd Pekka Rinne was credited with 24 saves in the rough outing and head coach Peter Laviolette may serve well to give his No. 1 netminder a break tonight. That could lead to Carter Hutton getting just his fifth start of the season and first since Dec. 23. Hutton is 0-3-1 on the season with a 2.74 goals against average and .895 save percentage. He lost the only time he faced the Ducks, giving up four goals on 23 shots. The Ducks have been idle since Friday, when they improved to 2-1-0 on an eight-game homestand with a victory over the St. Louis Blues. Matt Beleskey had the winning goal with 9:05 remaining for a 4-3 win. Beleskey extended his career high with his team-leading 16th goal of the season. Five of those have been game-winners, tied for the NHL lead. Andrew Cogliano, Ryan Getzlaf and Kyle Palmieri each scored, with Palmieri lighting the lamp in his return from a six-game absence caused by a shoulder injury. Sami Vatanen had two assists and Frederik Andersen made 39 saves. We find a way. Sometimes it doesnt look like we deserve it, but we find a way to win, Ducks head coach Bruce Boudreau said. We know what we have to do in the third period. We played with a lot more structure. Andersen is likely to start tonight and has faced the Preds twice before with one start. The Ducks have won five of their past six versus the Predators.
